About Us

Four Oaks Farm is nestled on 200 acres in the heart of Virginia conveniently located 15 miles East of Charlottesville and 35 miles West of Richmond. It is a family run horse and beef cattle farm that's been in the Ryalls family since the early 1900's and is recognized by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a Century Farm. The farm originated as a dairy farm with a few beef cattle, but around the 1950's the dairy farm converted strictly to beef cattle. In 1998, Four Oaks Farm expanded further with the addition of horses and in 2002 began hosting a series of horse shows. Today, Four Oaks Farm is run by Asa Collins "A.C." Ryalls, III and his wife, Judy Ryalls, along with their five daughters, Aileen Ryalls (David Anderson), Kim Ryalls Mayo (Dwayne Mayo), Terri Ryalls, Sarah Ryalls Fleenor and Lauren Ryalls Sheridan.
